Please read. Businessadvantagegold is a membership benefit and credit program providing interest-free financing for its membership. Eligible Services and Products for purchase may include but are not limited to: computer systems, personal and home electronics, vacations and other services that are listed in our membership materials either in print or on our web sites . Services and product availablity are subject to change as are our financing arrangements and terms subject to change at any time and without notice. Members should check websites(s) for any changes and/or updates. Member acknowledges that Membership requires a down payment for each selected service or product purchased and that the required down payment may range from 15% to 35%. NO ITEM IS SHIPPED NOR ANY SERVICE APPROVED PRIOR TO PAYMENT OF THE REQUIRED INITIAL DOWN PAYMENT BY EACH MEMBER (AND RECEIPT BY Business Advantage Gold AND CLEARANCE OF FUNDS BY MEMBER’S FINANCIAL INSTITUTION). MEMBERSHIP SERIVCES: include interest-free financing up to 85% on select pre-configured computer systems and other products and services listed for our member materials; tech support; convenient online shopping; promotional newsletters and other offerings that provide additional savings and services; toll free member services line and unlimited access to the Business Advantage Gold Internet site(s).
AMOUNT OF CREDIT The maximum credit limit granted to members is allotted between consumer goods and travel financing: The consumer goods ceiling is set at $3,500.00 for sole purpose of purchasing computers, personal electronics and other consumer goods; the travel financing ceiling is set $3,500.00 for the sole purchase of Vacation Package financing. As mentioned above, the credit line is not intended to be used like a bank- issued revolving credit card; it is intended to be used toward all products and services offered by Business Advantage Gold in an installment loan capacity. The credit account allows a member to make payments on an initial first-time purchase, create three months of good payment history, then using the remaining balance for financing on future additional products. Prior to allowing members to increase their credit with Business Advantage Gold, we require new members to build and maintain a positive payment history with us. USAGE of the member financing is only for the business owner listed on the membership card. You agree that you will use Business Advantage Gold only for your own behalf and for business needs. Business Advantage Gold reserves the right to ask for additional deposits if your membership or payment history reflects negative activity. Any fees or payments returned NSF or un-paid for any reason may disqualify you from any future financing. Travel services offered by Business Advantage Gold are impacted by the vagaries of the travel industries. As such, a limited number of itineraries are available for departure per day each year. Providing alternate travel dates will help us confirm your selected destination. Members may not cancel thier memberships if they have outstanding outstanding balances during any year for which payments are being made. If all outstanding payments have been paid, member may cancel their membership at any subsequent time. DEFAULT ON ACCOUNT : Member will be in default if: a) they fail to pay the required “monthly payment” when due; or b) they breach any of the Terms and Conditions of the Purchase Agreement. If in default, then upon compliance with applicable law, Business Advantage Gold has the right to: a) demand payment of the entire unpaid balance on the account immediately; b) apply monies received on subsequent purchases to any delinquent account balance owed including late fees if applicable; and/or c) proceed with legal action. DELINQUENT ACCOUNT : My account is considered delinquent if the Monthly Payment is not received by Business Advantage Gold by the due date. If this occurs, a $10.00 late fee may be charged against my account. * All members financing any product or service may be required to provide to our finance department the following documentation for Identity, Residence and Employment verification purposes only:
Our finance department reserves the right to require the submittal of any additional forms of identification and or residential and employment documentation not stated here that it deems necessary to satisfy the above stated requirements for loan approval. If the documentation sent by you fails to satisfy these requirements to our satisfaction we reserve the right to refuse financing to anyone at anytime. The above requirements are meant to protect our members and Business Advantage Gold against Identity theft and fraud. SECURITY INTEREST: Business Advantage Gold, to the extent legally permissible, retains a security interest in all merchandise charged on your account until the balance is paid in full. SATISFACTION GAURANTEE : Should you not be satisfied with your new member benefits
for any reason whatsoever we will refund your initial enrollment fee, no questions asked. SHIP TO PROHIBITIONS : Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address on the PURCHASE AGREEMENT. Business Advantage Gold will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, hotel, PO Box or any address other than that of the buyer listed on the purchase agreement. STATE NOTICES NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: California law requires that we inform customers that should they fail to fulfill the terms of their credit obligation, a negative report reflecting on their credit record may be submitted to a credit-reporting agency. If you are married, you may apply for credit in your own name. NOTICE FOR FLORIDA RESIDENTS: You (borrower) agree that, should we obtain a judgment against you, a portion of your disposable earnings may be attached or garnished (paid to us by your employer), as provided by Florida and Federal law. NOTICE FOR OHIO RESIDENTS: The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law. NOTICE FOR MARRIED WISCONSIN RESIDENTS: No Agreement, unilateral statement or court decree relating to marital property adversely affects a creditor’s interest, unless prior to the time credit is granted the creditor is furnished a copy of the Agreement, statement or decree, or has actual knowledge of the adverse position. |
